Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a test architect or lead QA automation role.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Deep knowledge of test management, planning, and execution for both web and mobile applications.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive quality initiatives and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in GenAI implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Air Cargo, Airline, or aviation technology domain.

• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements relevant to aviation and transportation software.

• Background in performance, security, or reliability testing.

• Contributions to open-source testing projects or communities.
