Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Consultant to provide strategic guidance, solution design, and implementation oversight for projects involving stablecoin/tokenization issuance, crypto trading platforms, and cross-chain interoperability. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Strategy:

• Assess client requirements and define blockchain adoption strategy for stablecoins and trading use cases.

• Recommend protocols, platforms, and interoperability frameworks aligned with business goals.

• Solution Design:

• Create reference architectures for stablecoin lifecycle (issuance, redemption, reserves) and trading systems (CEX/DEX integration).

• Define custody models, wallet strategies (MPC/HSM), and compliance workflows (KYC/AML, Travel Rule).

• Risk & Compliance

• Implementation Oversight:

• Guide development teams on smart contract best practices, security audits, and performance optimization.

• Evaluate vendors for oracles, custody, and interoperability solutions.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, product owners, and technical teams.

• Prepare business cases, ROI models, and roadmap presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Blockchain Expertise:

• 6+ years in blockchain consulting or solution architecture.

• Deep knowledge of EVM chains, L2s, Cosmos SDK, and interoperability protocols.

• Stablecoin & Trading Knowledge:

• Experience with stablecoin design (fiat-backed, crypto-collateralized) and crypto trading systems.

• Security & Compliance:

• Familiarity with smart contract audits, custody/MPC, and regulatory compliance.

• Business Acumen:

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with De Fi protocols, liquidity management, and MEV mitigation.

• Exposure to enterprise blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger, Quorum).

• Certifications: CAMS, CISM, Ethereum Developer, or equivalent.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
