Delivery Leader
- CBS
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, specifically within the Healthcare Payer sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating successfully with global, multi-location teams, demonstrating significant leadership capabilities to foster strong partnerships and drive client success.
This role requires a forward-thinking professional who is well-versed in emerging trends and technologies shaping the BPO landscape, including AI and data analytics. The Delivery Leader will be instrumental in managing and expanding existing F&A accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with client and internal teams to build and sustain robust relationships that promote client satisfaction and business growth.

Oversee delivery operations to guarantee alignment with client expectations, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges or obstacles.

Drive the creation and implementation of process controls and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of desired client outcomes.

Partner with account management to identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and support their successful capture.

Lead delivery teams by clearly communicating client requirements, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering insightful reporting that supports value-driven decisions.
