Role: Service Now Technical Lead

Technical Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience with Service Now Development.

• Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on Multiple implementations.

• Candidates should have strong knowledge on ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Governance, Risk & Compliance.

• Service Now GRC Implementation or development experience is a must have.

• Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.

• Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Glide and Jelly Scripting.

• Design and modify Service Now forms, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.

• Knowledge of best practices in Service Now development activities/coding.

• Conducting Proof of Concept activities when necessary.

• Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)

• Good understanding of building Machine Learning, AI, RPA scenarios will be added value.
