We are looking for an experienced marketing partner to join marketing leadership for Wipro’s Cybersecurity and Risk Services practice – part of global Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services (CISS) – and join the marketing team’s Global Business Line (GBL).
The Marketing Partner –is a senior, cross functional leader responsible for building and scaling business aligned growth marketing programs that position Wipro’s Cybersecurity and Risk Services as a leading provider of cybersecurity, risk, and security first transformation.
Sitting within the GBL Marketing & Communications team, this role works directly with cybersecurity senior leaderships, partners, and regional/industry marketing teams to create integrated programs that strengthen brand authority, generate demand, strengthen alliance partnerships and accelerate sales pipeline—while operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
͏Job Summary:
The Marketing Partner for Wipro’s Cybersecurity and Risk Services practice is responsible for translating business strategy into market impact by shaping positioning and orchestrating integrated marketing programs that improve awareness, consideration, and demand across priority accounts and buying personas (CISOs), while strengthening influence with analysts, media, and ecosystem partners.
This is a highly cross functional role that will work closely with regional, industry, global, and corporate marketing teams. The right candidate will be comfortable operating in a highly matrixed marketing organization, working closely with counterparts to deliver Industry/GBL specific programs.
This is an operational and strategic role which is a broad and diverse full-service position, working across the marketing mix and requires a breadth of strategic and execution skills coupled with Do-Say ratio.
This role is based in India and reports to the Global Lead of Cybersecurity and Risk Serives Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop the cybersecurity marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plans aligned to business goals and growth priorities.
- Create strong market positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks across all offerings and strategic themes.
2.
Integrated Campaigns and Demand Generation:
- Build and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, web, ABM, email, paid, field) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Lead campaign performance tracking, optimization, and ROI measurement.
3.
Content and Thought Leadership:
- Partner with subject‑matter experts to produce high‑quality, market‑relevant content, including thought leadership, Po Vs, case studies, videos, solution collateral, and executive communications.
- Maintain consistent, differentiated, and reusable content for global and regional needs.
4. Partner Co‑Marketing and Ecosystem Activation
- Create and manage co‑marketing plans with strategic cybersecurity partners to amplify joint value propositions and GTM initiatives.
- Oversee partner‑led campaigns, events, and content to enhance reach, trust, and market impact.
5.
Events and Executive Engagement:
- Lead end‑to‑end event execution, including pre‑event targeting, onsite experience, post‑event engagement, and reporting, ensuring strong brand presence and measurable outcomes.
6. Performance, Insights, and Reporting
- Use data from web, social, Mar Tech, and program analytics to generate insight‑driven, executive‑ready performance reports.
- Clearly articulate impact—what worked, what didn’t, and where to optimize—to drive continuous improvement.
7.
Leadership Alignment and Executive Communication:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, building strong relationships with SMEs and cross‑functional teams.
- Drive alignment across regional, industry, and corporate marketing teams, ensuring consistency while supporting local needs within a matrix organization.
R͏equirements:
The successful candidate possesses the following:

5+ years in integrated B2B marketing, preferably within IT services/technology/outsourcing.

Demonstrated experience building integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and content strategies with measurable outcomes.

Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing (digital, social, communications, analyst relations, press, partner marketing).

Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify performance and ROI through marketing data and insights.

Strong program and stakeholder management skills; effective in globally distributed, culturally diverse teams.

Experience executing virtual and in‑person events across geographies.

Working knowledge of Mar Tech and demand gen stack (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense or equivalent).

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience with executing virtual and in-person events, via long-distance.

Intermediate knowledge of marketing technology and demand generation software stack (Mar Tech) e.g. Salesforce, 6sense, and similar products.
