Job Description

Good hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Good understanding of network and security fundamentals (Firewall, Proxy, VPN, DNS, etc.)

Experience in configuration, and troubleshooting of Zscaler products (ZIA and ZPA)

Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls

Understanding of zero-trust architecture for web security

Experience with troubleshooting network and security issues

Proficiency in performing configuration management

Zscaler internet and private access

What You'll Do:

Manage Zscaler solutions for enterprise environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for configurations, and troubleshooting

Provide support and guidance to resolve technical issues and optimize performance

Certification in Zscaler technologies is a plus
