• Expert in Solaris 8, 9, 10, 11

• Expert in Zones & LDOM Administration

• Expert on Oracle OPS center Tool

• Configuration of SVM, Vx

VM & ZFS:

• Advanced shell scripting

• Configuration of Sun Cluster and Veritas CLuster

• NIS, NIS+ / DNS configuration

• Patch management

• NFS / Automount configuration

• Recovery of Operating system from backup

• Server / OS Crash analysis

• Performance tuning

• Knowledge in other Unix flavors

• Knowledge in other domains such as Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware and network.

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of Linux Administration (RHEL, CentOS, Suse, )

• Knowledge of Linux KVM

• Knowledge of Satellite server

• Experince on defining, installing and maintaining IBM Power systems.

• Experience on VIO server installation

• Detail knowledge of Vscsi and NPIV technology

• Experience on Hardware management console installation and administration

• Experience on Managed server and HMC firmware upgrade

• Experience on HACMP

• Experience on NIM server installation, configuration and Administration

• Experience on LVM administration

• Knowledge in other domains such as Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware and network
