Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

• Minimum 12 years of experience in System Administration.

• Good troubleshooting and Problem solving skills. Experience in Active Directory and Messaging (Exchange 2016 & O365). Understanding of TCP/IP networking.

• Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016 & O365, including Mail Routing, Database Recovery,. DAG Management, Database Management, Reclaiming the White Space, Installation of Service Pack & Cumulative update, Message tracking, Deleting the single and bulk mails from the Exchange Servers.

Rebuilding the Indexing:

• Troubleshoot Mail flow, Queues, performance related issues of Exchange Servers

• Knowledge on Skype for Business

• Advanced Active Directory administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance, Group Policy DHCP, Hyper V & DNS, Promoting & Decommission the DC, Removing the Orphaned Object

• Good hands on experience on Windows Platform with 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 operating systems

• Enterprise Level Security patch management

• Working knowledge of technical patching using tools like WSUS, SCCM

• Diagnosing performance issues on Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022) using Windows diagnostic tools.

• Working knowledge of Virtualization technology: Hyper-V 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022

• Complies with all company policies and procedures and preparing the SOP and Work Instructions

• Server hardening, VAPT and AD Assessments for critical services monitoring, power shell and scripting to automate to Daily Check List.
