Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash system analysis and implementation.
• 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM and Apttus CPQ solutions for Sales organizations.
• Strong expertise in Apttus CPQ, including Product Modeling, Pricing, Quotation, Approvals, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, and Field Configurations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, and conducting business workshops independently.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations, data migration, approval workflows, X-Author applications, financial reporting, and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Strong communication skills, Agile/Scrum experience, and Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) preferred.
