• Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform.

• Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform.

• Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution.

• Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI.

Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build:

• Case Types & Stages

• Decision Tables / Rules

• SLA Configuration

• Work Queues & Assignments

• Pega Reports & Dashboards
