Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years focused on AI or GenAI technologies.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable software solutions.

• Core Technologies: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python, Lang Chain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models.

• Software Engineering: Experience in software development with technologies like .NET, Java, React, or Angular.

• Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Design, develop, and test GenAI-based applications using Python, Lang Chain, and embedding models.

• Implement and optimize prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI model performance.

• Collaborate with the team to integrate GenAI tools into existing software development workflows.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards.

• Support debugging, performance tuning, and deployment of GenAI solutions in cloud environments.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

• Exposure to Agile development processes.
