Description:

Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on Success Factors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of Success Factors products. Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on Success Factors’ products to customers. Ensure successful implementation of the Success Factors' Employee Central product.

Essential Functions

  • Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver Success Factors product.

  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.

  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.

  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.

  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.

  • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.

  • Completes internal tasks assigned.

  • Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.

  • Completes demonstration set ups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in Success Factors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)

  • SAP ECC consulting experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (including Time Off) implementation.

  • At least 2 full implementation experiences on Success Factors Employee Central Module.

  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advance knowledge of Success Factors product.

  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to complement system consulting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.

  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients to build relationships.

  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
