Job Description

Job Summary:

The .NET and Azure Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. This role involves working closely with clients, and technical teams, sales teams, to design and present tailored Microsoft-based solutions, primarily leveraging .NET technologies and Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using .NET and Azure.
• Conduct needs assessments and proposes customized solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Deep technical knowledge of .NET frameworks and Azure services and various architecture patterns
• Strong technical experience in .Net/Azure based application modernization solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
• Support sales teams with technical insights and solution strategies.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs with detailed technical proposals.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral, demos, and documentation.
• Assist in closing deals by addressing technical objections and showcasing solution value.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Azure advancements, .NET updates, and competitor offerings.
  Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Overall 15+ years of experience with proven expertise in .NET development and Azure cloud architecture.
• Strong technical/hands-on experience in .Net/Azure based application modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in pre-sales or technical consultancy roles.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Developer Associate are a plus.
• GenAI / Azure OpenAI / GitHub Copilot usage in modernization and productivity programs
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
