Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Candidate profile:

  • Good French and English language skills, written and conversational;

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement/RFX/ Contract Management;

  • Analytical thinking;

  • Negotiation skills;

  • Previous experience in BPO/Procurement/Customer Support would be a plus;

  • Previous experience in SAP/Ariba/S2C/ other procurement tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely processing of requests related to acquisition strategy (RFX/Contracts, contract validation, PO creation, PO amendments, and sending POs);

  • Prepares documentation and manages RFX analysis; writes technical and commercial summaries/analyses of RFX; selects suppliers based on RFX;

  • Manages the entire process from request to finalization of contracts or RFX;

  • Manages Purchase Request processes (PRs);

  • Provides support for internal clients in formalizing/describing their requests/areas of activity in the RFX process (context, requirements, expectations, budget, deadlines, etc.)

  • Creates, publishes, manages, and analyzes RFX; writes technical and commercial summaries/analyses of RFX; final supplier selection;

  • Contacts suppliers to collect necessary information in the RFX process;

  • Manages the request for offers process, including contract negotiations;

  • Drafts contracts from templates, administers, and archives contracts in the necessary system.
