Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Medicare Overnight Tech Support professional to join our dynamic team at Infocrossing INC, within the BPS-IHS service line. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure supporting critical healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support computer hardware systems, including Exchange 2010, Windows servers, and workstations, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage local network operations and provide comprehensive troubleshooting for software and hardware challenges to minimize downtime.
  • Deliver tier 2 technical support to end users, addressing and resolving complex issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions using Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange, and Share Point platforms, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Deploy and image laptops, ensuring they comply with security policies and user requirements.
  • Support and maintain VOIP and Mitel phone systems for seamless communication within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement upgrades, patches, and new applications enhancing operational capabilities.
  • Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of the organization’s security plans and protocols.
  • Provide remote support as needed to assist geographically dispersed users during overnight hours.

This position requires a proactive approach to IT service delivery under fast-paced conditions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to departmental processes and procedures.

  • Demonstrated experience in a project engineering role with a strong understanding of cost and schedule metrics, ensuring projects meet their objectives within time and budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in Risk Management techniques, including quantitative risk analysis matrices (QRAMs), to identify and mitigate potential challenges proactively.
  • Expertise in scheduling methodologies and utilization of Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) to optimize resource allocation and avoid overloading.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT governance principles, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning tools, including work breakdown structures (WBS) and master scheduling, facilitating transparent and efficient project execution.
  • Proven ability in resource allocation and tracking, with the skill to manage over-allocations and performance monitoring.
  • Operational experience in various IT outsourcing environments, particularly with Active Directory projects and application management support within TM and FP assignment types.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with capability to draft clear, concise emails and engage effectively within teams.
  • Experience thriving as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating proactive customer service and a commitment to shared success.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity Statement

The expected compensation range for this Medicare Overnight Tech Support role is competitive and reflects the candidate’s experience, geographic location, and skill set, falling between $33,000.00 and $76,000.00. Additionally, this position includes access to Wipro’s comprehensive benefits package, featuring a variety of medical and dental coverage options, disability insurance, paid time off including sick leave, and other leave programs.
