Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in Wi Serve Portal.
2. Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
3. Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
4. Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
5. Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
6. Maintains the compliance of our IT assets to the standard security postures set by the organization.
