Senior Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the work of the Blackstone Events team. Primary responsibility will be assisting with setting up backend CVENT coding, creating/updating CVENT registration sites from beginning to end, management of webinar sites, event communications for Blackstone events, including adjusting HTML code of email templates and updating email content.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must be Graduate in BTech or BSC (Computer Science)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing & email campaign management

• Experience with CVENT Flex or like-event registration systems

• HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery experience Create emails using HTML in CVENT (Blackstone’s event marketing platform) or Dreamweaver, and set up in CVENT

• Management of event registration/invitation lists

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding – Mandatory

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Mandatory

• Update existing email templates in CVENT with new content

• Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

• Maintain database hygiene by supporting standardization of CRM database fields
