Job Description

• Lead a team of Backup & Recovery Administrators and manage 24x7 production support

Handle escalated incidents, critical tickets, and perform root cause analysis

Anticipate risks, manage major changes, and plan capacity.

Design, migrate, and upgrade backup infrastructure

Implement media retention, backup policies, and disaster recovery plans

Backup reporting, patching, and backup tool migration

Candidate Requirements:Level-3 SME in Backup & Recovery with expertise in Veritas Netbackup

L2 experience in Commvault Netbackup

Strong understanding of data duplication, replication, and backup recovery solutions

Experience in media management, vendor coordination, scripting, and automation

Hands-on with backup infrastructure tuning, BMR, replication, and VMware environments.
