Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Group Leader – Content Review to manage multiple teams within a high-volume content moderation environment. The role requires strong people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence in a 24/7 setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations including Accuracy, AHT, SLA, Attrition, Shrinkage, and team development
• Lead and mentor Team Leaders and multiple teams, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Drive delivery excellence through process adherence and continuous improvement
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven action plans
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards in content review processes
• Handle escalations, client interactions, and stakeholder communication
• Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching and development initiatives.[

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BPO/ITES or Content Moderation domain
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma certification
• Strong understanding of process metrics and operational KPIs
• Experience in high-tech or content moderation environments

• Strong awareness of trending topics (Political, Sports, Entertainment, Sensitive events)
• Ability to lead change and drive performance improvement
