As part of this project, your role as Source to Contract will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs

Job requirements:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for multiple commodities, adhering to approved thresholds and governance guidelines.

• Collaborate with business partners and category managers to manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, ensuring timely collection and evaluation of supplier quotations. Drive alignment on specifications, pricing, and terms to support strategic sourcing objectives.

• Provide helpdesk support to internal requesters, suppliers, and other business stakeholders by addressing queries related to procurement and sourcing, vendor setup, RFQs, and system navigation. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain clear communication to facilitate smooth operations.

Candidate’ profile:

• Advanced level of English

• Advanced level of Spanish

• Basic Orientation in Procurement operations / work experience related to procurement operations

• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills

• High School Graduate with BAC/ University Graduate

• Any Discipline + Orientation in Supply Chain/ Purchasing
