Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.

• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering AI-driven or GenAI-based solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS)

• Core Technologies: Expertise in Generative AI, Python, Lang Chain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models (e.g., BERT, GPT-based models).

• Software Engineering: Strong experience in software development with technologies such as .NET, Java, React, or Angular.

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage project deliverables.

• SDLC Tools: Familiarity with tools for app modernization, unit testing, and coding standards review.

• Lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, and deployment.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, including fresh graduates, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI tools into existing SDLC processes.

• Drive innovation in prompt engineering, embedding models, and Lang Chain-based applications.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and cloud-native development principles.

• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing GenAI solutions.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies.
