As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Supplier Qualifications Junior Buyer with French will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support to Supplier

• Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;

  • Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;

  • Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;

  • Performs financial analysis and reporting activities in accordance with established process requirements.

What will you bring?

- Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;

- Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

- Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

- Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

• Exposure to procurement operations (2 years);

  • Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;

  • Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.
