• 11+ years in QE & Test Automation with enterprise-scale framework design.
• Strong expertise in Playwright, Pytest, API & Mobile (Appium) automation.
• Experience in BDD frameworks, Java script/Python, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Deep understanding of API, integration, DB, and microservices testing.
• Proven ability to define automation strategy, governance, reporting, and drive QE transformation.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agent architectures.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered test case generation systems using agentic frameworks such as Lang Graph, CrewAI, or similar.
• Experience designing multi-agent workflows for requirement analysis, scenario generation, test case creation, and BDD conversion.
• Experience implementing RAG-based test generation using domain knowledge, historical test assets, and compliance rules.
• Experience defining test strategies for AI-powered applications and agents.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation concepts including accuracy, relevance, hallucination, and reliability assessment.
• Familiarity with AI testing frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to establish quality engineering practices for GenAI-based applications.
• Good to have Banking domain Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments platforms.
• Good to have knowledge on CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, YAML, Docker) and DevOps pipeline integration.
