Detailed Job Description:

Acts as the interface between technology organization(s) and the end-user (requestor) as it relates to technology needs. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business needs that require resolution through custom application interfaces and/or other technical solutions.
Assists in client specification and needs analysis, program interfaces between various applications, test interfaces, and the implementation of projects.
Works directly with clients and internal customers to provide ongoing training, answer application questions, support user needs, and recommend solutions.
