Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure Projects

Required Skills and Experience:

Overseeing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.

Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.

Oversee the project portfolio, prioritizing and aligning projects with business objectives.

Track project progress, performance, and resource utilization, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks to IT operations.

Collaborating with other departments to align IT strategies with business needs.

Identify, track and report on project risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints with appropriate mitigation plans.

Conduct project review meetings, daily stand-ups and weekly status updates with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Allocate resources to projects and ensure optimal utilization.
