About the role
- 5 to 10 years of experience in application testing required
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of functional requirements gathering
- Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Experience executing tests using any test management tool
- Experience analyzing test results, preparing reports, and logging/tracking bugs
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence
- Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI
- Experience with automated testing using Selenium (with various frameworks) and TOSCA is desirable
- Knowledge of batch and integration testing activities is desirable
- Experience managing client calls and defect triage
- Ability to understand and focus on client requirements; experience in a client-facing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to adhere to the 3-day WFO (Work From Office) mandate in accordance with company policy
