About the role:
As the marketing lead for Retail, Travel & Transport, Hospitality, and Services sector, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, enhancing the brand reputation of these industries, and strengthening client relationships across the Americas. This will be achieved by executing the strategies laid by the Sector Marketing Head for driving strategic business priorities across the sector, expanding existing client portfolios, sourcing and shaping large transformation deals, differentiating with fields of play, and leveraging key strategic partnerships, whilst focusing on client centricity.
Executing account-based plans and marketing campaigns, supporting significant deals, and collaborating with the larger Wipro eco-system for joint marketing programs are some of the key activities which are executed and tracked on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure adherence of all content to the overall brand guidelines in terms of design and language and will enable the sales and presales teams to access, employ, and utilize the resources and facilities provided by the organization to present a One-Wipro story to our customers and cross-leverage capabilities. You will be responsible to execute the detailed ABM programs, events, branding initiatives and Campaigns and track ROI and report to the Sector Marketing Head.
You will work closely with senior business leaders, account executives, and sales leaders and a dream team of marketing experts to drive thought leadership, win deals, improve pipeline, sales, and revenue outcomes through digital-first marketing programs and tactics tailored to buyers’ needs.
͏Key Activities:

Account-based marketing & influence on pipeline growth – Strengthen buyer relationships, improve client retention, and grow share of wallet by executing targeted, digital-first, account-based marketing campaigns that bring Wipro’s rich history and deep experience to life through creative, people-centered, and relationship-focused content programs.

Building a Strong Industry Brand - Build a relevant and impactful brand using levers of thought leadership, enhancing market presence of Wipro executives, through analyst relationship, content and solution marketing, media, thought leadership, speaker opportunities. Support the sector marketing head to manage Wipro’s presence at key events like NRF.

Large deal pursuits - Improve win rates and grow revenue by executing targeted, digital-first deal pursuit campaigns that elevate and differentiate Wipro’s solutions and positively influence clients’ preference to work with Wipro through creative relationship and solution-oriented digital and in-person engagement across various stages of the pursuits.

Demand Generation - Improve mindshare, deal origination, and client acquisition by executing targeted digital-first always-on campaigns that bring the best of Wipro’s thought leadership, case studies, analyst accolades, and more to market through virtual and in-person engagement designed to help buyers solve issues and seize opportunities and focus on differentiating with industry relevant fields of play. To ensure that the overall marketing plans and campaigns for driving leads for the business are executed in line with agreed objectives laid out by both the business head and the CMO / Sector Marketing Head. Focus on data-driven, multichannel campaigns to drive leads.

Partner Marketing- Work with Wipro’s partner ecosystem to execute programs and campaigns around solution awareness, demand generation and thought leadership.
R͏esponsibilities:
This is a business marketing role that requires the ability to initiate and hold conversations across levels within the Consumer businesses, accounts, and sales teams, as well as across levels within marketing and cross-functional teams. It is largely an individual contributor role, where you will support the sector marketing head.
Your day-to-day work may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following.

Collaborate with Sector Head & business teams to execute strategic marketing plans.

Execute demand generation & ABM covering existing & new accounts.

Develop marketing plans & contact database for target accounts.

Work with agencies & specialized teams to plan & execute marketing activities.

Assess competition’s marketing strategy and activities.
-
Generate, manage, & nurture leads in relation to target business outcomes.

Analyze data, gain insights, course correct, & continuously improve results.

Team with deal pursuit teams to devise win strategies using differentiated solutions.

Interact and build a peer network within & outside the organization.

Maintain project plans, track execution across teams, report status, and manage budget.

E͏xperience:
Being a senior marketing position, this role would require overall 8+ years’ experience across strategizing, developing, & executing demand generation, ABM, & deal pursuit marketing campaigns in enterprise organizations. IT Services Marketing & experience in Retail/CPG/Consumer Industries would be preferred.
The right candidate is a highly collaborative & passionate marketer with ability to assess business opportunities & develop strategic marketing plans that drive business outcomes. Experience working with senior business, account, & sales leaders to develop & execute programs is important.

Of the 8+ years, 2+ of demand gen campaign experience and/or marketing program management experience.

Experience building integrated marketing campaigns for an IT Services/B2B technology company.

Candidate must have a successful track record of managing & executing programs with cross-functional virtual teams globally across time zones.

High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, & ability to learn quickly & work in a hyper-growth environment, while setting strategy with the Retail leadership team & getting down in the weeds to get the job done.

Experience in executing marketing for large deal & proactive pursuits.

Candidate must have great intuition for creative messaging as it relates to promotional content – (landing pages, ads, social media posts, etc.), & provide strategic direction & guidance to the team on the content mix needed to support the campaign.

Knowledgeable in Retail, Supply chain, Logistics, Technology markets, & experience in handling theme-based campaigns around Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.

Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation & program collaboration tools: SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, ABM Programs (ITSMA etc.), Windows Suite, Adobe, etc.

Handle both in-person and virtual events. Experience in managing large events like NRF, CES, SAP Sapphire, Dreamforce would be critical
