Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Job Description Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in application development, system design, and production support within enterprise environments.
• Mandatory: Strong experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Annuities, Retirement, or General Insurance systems).
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and owning application landscapes.

Core Technical Expertise:

• VB.NET (Windows Forms, Console Applications) – advanced proficiency
• SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, indexing, HA/DR strategies)
• SSIS – enterprise ETL design, optimization, and troubleshooting

Deliver No.Performance Parameter Measure

Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software

100% error free on boarding & implementation, throughput %, Adherence to the schedule/ release plan

Quality & CSAT:

On-Time Delivery, Manage software, Troubleshoot queries, Customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation

MIS & Reporting:

100% on time MIS & report generation
