About the role

Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a PR to PO Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs, within the energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO);

  • Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;

  • Manage exceptional transactions;

  • SLA & overall deliverables management;

  • Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;

  • Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;

  • Assisting to generate savings;

  • Non-Voice daily tasks 70%;

  • Voice tasks 30%.

What will you bring?

  • Good English language skills, written and conversational;

  • BPO Experience of 3 years minimum in Procurement operations;

  • Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);

  • Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;

  • Experience of working on SAP, Oracle, ARIBA, or COUPA.
