Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process.

Well versed with Dashboarding and Query Building tools (SQL, ETL & Visualisations) , Knowledge in Python will be added advantage

• Excellent spoken and written communication Skills
• Ability to handle Conflict management skills
• Google Sheets / Excel with metrics / KPI calculations
• Ability to understand cost implications
• Ability to handle multiple jobs/projects at the same time

Analysis / Analytics for Performance Enhancement and Performance Management

• Monitor and set early warnings for customer target (OKR) for queue
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of deliverables (data, dashboard, and reports)
• Meet the internal team target of Utilization, Attendance and Schedule Adherence
• Effective communication and presentation to stakeholders
• Provide solutions to any complex people-related challenges in the team
• Ensure that the company’s data and information are protected from unauthorized access
