As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Supplier Qualifications Junior Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX /Contracts, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites);

Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations;

Manage exceptional transactions;

Assisting to generate savings;

Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;

Voice tasks 70%.

What will you bring?

Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;

BPO Experience of 2-year minimum;

Procurement Operations exposure would be beneficial;

• High School Graduate/ University Graduate
• Any Discipline

Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

Exposure to procurement operations;

Neutral Voice, Accent and call management;

Procurement domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.
