Job Description:

Experienced SAP HCM Consultant who specializes in customized business process requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Defined Work Schedule/Shift Roster
  2. Time constraints
  3. How do you manage Absence/Attendance for paid and unpaid.

Absence Valuation Process:

  1. How do you approach Time Evaluation and benefits
  2. Time Schema/PCR - scenario's

CATS - Experience:

  1. Overtime / Shift scenario's
  2. Experience in Time interface i.e., Time machine (clock in/out)
  3. Integration time with payroll and other cross functional (PS/MM/PP)
    Personnel Administration (PA): Managing employee data, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    Organizational Management (OM): Structuring and maintaining the organizational hierarchy, including positions, jobs, and reporting relationships.
    Payroll: Configuring and managing payroll processes, including wage types, deductions, and payroll runs.
    Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS): Implementing and supporting self-service functionalities for employees and managers.

Qualifications:

Certified SAP HCM Consultant.
Proven experience in the areas listed above.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
