Enhanced Role Objective

To lead the market entry and expansion of our AI Silicon Services division. This role focuses on capturing the surge in demand for custom AI accelerators, LLM-optimized hardware, and Edge AI devices. You will position our firm as the premier partner for companies moving from general-purpose GPUs to domain-specific architectures (DSAs).

Specialized Responsibilities

• Architectural Consulting: Engage with clients on high-level hardware requirements for AI workloads, including systolic arrays, sparsity support, and quantization strategies (INT8, FP8, etc.).

• Ecosystem Positioning: Promote services specifically for HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) integration and Chiplet-based designs using advanced packaging (Co WoS, UCIe).

• Full-Stack Awareness: Communicate how hardware design choices impact the software stack, including compatibility with frameworks like Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and ONNX.

• Targeting "New-Age" Silicon: Specifically target AI hyperscalers (CSP) who are increasingly designing their own in-house silicon.
