Job Description
The Head of Marketing for Wipro’s Western Europe business is responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategy to drive profitable growth, strengthen brand reputation, and deepen client relationships across Wipro’s presence in France, Benelux, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of Europe, you will work closely with the Business Head of Western Europe, the regional sales & leadership teams, and the global marketing teams.
The role serves as a trusted strategic business partner to regional leadership, sales, and key ecosystem partners – working closely with them to support business planning, growth acceleration, and executive decision‑making. It ensures marketing is tightly aligned to brand‑building priorities through thought leadership, client advocacy, account‑based marketing, large deal and pipeline acceleration, and localized events, while activating global campaigns in a locally relevant and high‑impact manner. The role also facilitates go‑to‑market strategy and drives industry‑focused initiatives that strengthen the brand and deepen engagement with clients, prospects, analysts, advisors, and partners.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a fast-paced, global company, a comprehensive understanding of B2B marketing and field/regional marketing, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations.

Effective communication skills and the ability to manage matrix relationships are critical:

Act as a strategic communications partner to business and sales leadership not only within Wipro’s Western Europe market, but also collaborate globally

Create high‑impact executive content, including keynotes, board presentations, and client briefings
-
Influence, align, and enable senior leaders and sales teams through clear messaging, compelling storytelling, and executive‑ready communications.
͏Key responsibilities:

Define the marketing and communications strategy in Western Europe (Nordics, Benelux, and Southern Europe) to directly support brand, business growth, revenue objectives, and priority industries

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, large and complex deals, and account‑based marketing in a B2B context
-
Demonstrate ability to support and influence high‑value pursuits, shaping compelling value propositions, narratives, and executive‑level storytelling to convey Wipro’s message, considering local market scenarios and competitive landscape
-
Drive PR, brand, and awareness activities in alignment with specialist teams for the region
-
Hands‑on experience in building and activating ecosystem and alliance marketing programs especially with key technology partners
-
Comfortable in operating across multiple countries and markets, adapting global programs to local needs while maintaining consistency and differentiation.

Track, measure, and analyse performance of marketing activities, reporting results to leadership.
Minimum qualifications, desired experience: ͏

15+ years of relevant marketing execution and leadership experience in the B2B technology sector

Legal eligibility to work in the European Union – Fluent English is required, French is a strong advantage
-
A comprehensive understanding of the Western Europe regions and their business dynamics will be an advantage
-
Proficiency in external and internal communications, digital marketing best practices, understanding and use of leading Mar Tech platforms, and B2B demand generation
-
Significant experience in project management and budgeting, with a focus on maximizing ROI
-
Established relationships in the local market that can be leveraged in this role – with event agencies, media & PR agencies, exclusive content agencies, and industry membership bodies
-
Ability to work independently, navigate matrix organisations, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, negotiation, creativity, and team-orientation
-
Detail-oriented and outcome-focused in ensuring marketing’s impact.
