As part of this project, your role as Payroll Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Diligently coordinate operations and interact with stakeholders for smooth delivery

• Payroll approvals

• Analyze reports and dashboards for effectively managing client expectations and organizational objectives;

• SLA management

• As a Specialist, supervise and motivate team members to perform their best

Candidate’ profile:

• Advanced level of English

• Advanced level of Spanish/French/Italian/Polish

• Experienced as payroll specialist: 4-6 years

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

• Excellent communication skills

• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

• Good understanding of human resources processes (COE and Ops)

• Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)

• Familiar with Payroll processes in ERP

• Manage tracking and reporting databases to reflect current status and selections.
