Job Description

5-8 years of experience in a DevOps role, with Salesforce projects.
Deep understanding of Copado, Git workflows and experience with GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms.
Strong expertise in Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar automation tools.
Experience working with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, metadata API, and change sets.
Familiarity with VS Code and Salesforce extensions for development and debugging.
Hands-on scripting experience (e.g., Shell, Bash, Python, Groovy).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
Familiar with containerization concepts (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, II, or DevOps Center experience).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to DevOps environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, or Auto Rabit is a plus
