As part of this project, your role as Payroll Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Payroll reconciliation

• Direct Deposit Enquiry

• On-cycle Payroll

• Processing Pay adjustments

• Generate & post payroll journals

• Employee T&A reconciliation

• Audit Management

• Escalation management

• Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports

• Query resolution

Candidate’ profile:

• Advanced level of English and Spanish/ Italian/ French/ Polish

• Experienced as payroll specialist

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

• Excellent communication skills

• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

• Good understanding of human resources processes (COE and Ops)

• Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)

• Familiar with Payroll processes in ERP
