
Senior Executive Sales Enablement at Wipro
About the role
The candidate will
1. Own end-to-end Sales Enablement MIS for CISS across various metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, and forecast, acting as the single source of truth for leadership decision-making across regions and verticals.
2. Lead sales pipeline and forecast analytics, tracking TCV, weighted pipeline, pipeline coverage vs target, forecast accuracy, deal aging, slippages, and risk indicators at geo and account level.
3. Drive Large & Strategic Deal MIS (>$10M), managing full deal lifecycle tracking, governance reviews, commit probability, approvals, and closure timelines, with actionable insights for leadership forums.
4. Deliver executive-ready dashboards and collateral for leadership reviews (WSR, MBR, QBR, H1/H2 closures), translating complex sales data into clear narratives on performance gaps, wins, losses, and risks.
5. Enable Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account teams through standardized MIS templates, dashboards, and real-time insights, improving pipeline quality, deal velocity, and forecast confidence.
6. Provide detailed analytics to design corrective actions
