Role: Data Analyst
Location: NYC, NY or Fort Mill, SC

Job Description:

• Perform data quality analysis and execute end-to-end data reconciliation across multiple systems

• Investigate, identify, and resolve data discrepancies with clear root cause analysis

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure accurate data reporting and alignment

• Create reconciliation reports, dashboards, and documentation to support governance and audit needs

• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve overall efficiency

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent SQL querying skills with the ability to work on complex datasets

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, data analysis)

• Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows

• Prior experience in wealth management or financial services data environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into business insights
