Windows Platform Testing / Product Testing

Role Description: Resource will be responsible for leading a small‑to‑medium team of engineers and ensuring delivery of high‑quality technical solutions aligned with project goals, client expectations, and organizational standards. This role combines hands‑on technical ownership,team leadership, and delivery accountability, acting as the first level of technical leadership within the project.

͏Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers (L1/L2/L3) to ensure quality and timely delivery

• Own end‑to‑end test delivery for assigned modules, features, or applications

• Define and review test strategies, test plans, and coverage models

• Perform and guide functional, regression, compatibility, integration, and non‑functional testing

• Drive Windows platform and application compatibility testing across OS versions and configurations
