Location: Palo Alto, CA (onsite all 5 days)

Role Summary
The Flight Systems Lab Technician is a critical role sitting at the intersection of hardware testing, data integrity, and laboratory optimization. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Aircraft Development Lab, ensuring that flight components—including motors, ESCs, batteries, and propellers—are tested safely and that the resulting data is processed with 100% accuracy. You will serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and the physical testing environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Test Engineering & Execution

Existing Propulsion system characterization and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)

General wind tunnel testing for new package and aerodynamic subsystem development.
