Job Description

Perform routine checks of labour compliances for assigned locations and perform other compliance related activities as and when assigned

Apply and maintain for different registrations and licenses required for labour compliances and follow up with authorities for expediting their issue

File different returns and artefacts with government authorities under different employment related statutes

Provide data and artefacts for compliance audits and checks done by clients at different periodicities and interact with auditors from client organisations as and when required

Respond to inspections by government authorities

Interact with Labour authorities in person for conciliation meetings for employment related complaints filed with Labour authorities in western India

Appear in different Courts, mostly in western India, on behalf of Wipro for employment related litigations
