Title: Clarity- Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description-

Strong understanding of Clarity PPM project lifecycle management, capacity management, financial and time management.

Experience with Clarity PPM configuration including object design, studio customization and workflow development

Knowledge of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP or Service Now

Familiarity with clarity SaaS/on-premise upgrades and migration activities.

The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation

Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours

Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute

Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours

Manages change and release management activities

Suggests and facilitate process improvements Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing

Conducts user training (on-need basis)
