365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Clear, in-depth understanding of finance and accounting.

• D365 Finance modules including AR, AP, GL, Project Accounting/ operations, Asset Leasing, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank.

• Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER), financial reporting, and a solid understanding of Power BI data models to support reporting needs

• Experience in statutory reporting, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.

• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions and work closely with Evgeny and the team handling finance technical delivery.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in:

• Finance process optimisation, workflow configuration, and security roles including segregation of duties.

• Data migration (DMF, Excel Add-ins) and integrations.

• Exposure to Power Platform would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate should be a strong techno-functional consultant with proven experience in delivering finance transformation initiatives within D365 F&O environments.
