Devops -Terraform ;C1 Demand:Exp :9 +yrs

Customer Requirement for GCP, Terraform, Cloud Security & DevOps CI/CD:Objective:Customer shared detailed expectations for GCP, Terraform & DevOps resources.

Terraform (High Priority):Customer expects strong hands-on engineers with 70–80% real-world experience. Candidates should be able to build infrastructure from scratch, create and use Terraform modules, design scalable architectures, implement production-grade Infrastructure as Code, and write clean and reusable Terraform code. Candidates must have end-to-end implementation experience and not just theoretical knowledge.GCP Data and Big Query:Candidates should have 70–80% practical experience with Big Query including dataset and table design, performance tuning, and cost optimization. They should also have hands-on experience with GCP data products, data pipelines,ingestion processes, and analytics platforms.

Cloud Security:Strong experience in GCP security is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience at organization, folder, and project levels. They must understand and implement organization policies, IAM best practices, security analytics, monitoring, and compliance controls.CI/CD Tools:Candidates must have experience with GitHub Actions. Harness experience is highly preferred. They should be able to designpipelines, automate Terraform deployments, and manage CI/CD workflows for GCP.Python:Python is a nice-to-have skill for automation, scripting, and infrastructure workflows.

Certifications:Cloud certifications, especially Terraform and GCP, are nice to have but not mandatory.

Key Hiring Focus for TA Team:TA team should prioritize candidates with hands-on GCP and Terraform delivery experience who can design, build, and secure cloud platforms in real production environments
