We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the India Business Unit within APMEA. This role operates at both Business Unit level, owning India go-to-market execution, and account level, orchestrating highly targeted programs for strategic clients, large deals, and priority pursuits.
The Senior Marketing Manager, India owns the India GTM marketing agenda and is accountable for driving the integrated marketing plan, ABM, and thought leadership calendar to build awareness, consideration, and preference for Wipro across clients, prospects, partners, and key stakeholders in India.
Success in this role will be measured by execution excellence and tangible business impact, including contribution to pipeline, deal support, and brand perception in the India market.
K͏ey Responsibilities:

Own and execute the India go-to-market marketing plan, aligned to quarterly and annual business priorities.

Partner closely with India sales and business leadership on strategic deals, pursuits, and account growth initiatives.

Drive ABM programs for key growth accounts, supporting large, complex deals and strategic opportunities.

Track and report marketing contribution to pipeline, deal velocity, and client advocacy using clear metrics and insights.

Identify, plan, and execute high-impact India-focused events aligned to the marketing calendar and business objectives.

Plan and deliver integrated campaigns leveraging India-specific thought leadership, case studies, videos, PR, internal communications, and other content formats.

Elevate brand perception and drive demand across target India clients through compelling, insight-led campaign programs and a strong digital presence.

Orchestrate Wipro’s presence in the India market through partner marketing and ecosystem engagement.

Manage end-to-end lead generation and follow-through, ensuring discipline across marketing activities and handoffs.
Qu͏alifications:

12–15 years of experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably in IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology.

Proven experience working directly with senior business and sales leaders in India.

Strong ability to operate in a matrix organization and fast-moving business environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives.

High-impact written and verbal business communication skills.

Strong grounding in content-led brand building, partner marketing frameworks, and campaign execution.

Hands-on experience with marketing planning, budget management, lead management, and campaign analytics.

Demonstrated ability to enable data-driven decision-making through CRM insights and marketing performance analysis.
