Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) & Governance Engineer (L4) to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, provisioning, reconciliation, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) solutions.

• Configure and manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).

• Develop and support provisioning and reconciliation workflows for target systems.

• Create and manage connectors, adapters, application instances, and resource objects.

• Implement access request, approval, certification, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.

• Perform role engineering, role mining, and role lifecycle management activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, reconciliation, and identity governance processes.

• Integrate OIM/OIG with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud systems.

• Support identity governance audits and compliance requirements.

• Develop custom workflows, event handlers, and scheduled jobs using Java and Oracle technologies.

• Maintain system health, performance tuning, and platform upgrades.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to improve IAM controls.

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
