Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW).

• Work extensively on TIBCO Container Edition (BWCE) for developing scalable, cloud-ready integrations.

• Build and support API-based and Microservices-based integration solutions.

• Develop and optimize database interactions using PL/SQL, including reading and processing data from relational databases.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployment workflows.

• Develop, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO Business Works (BW) development.

• At least 3 years of experience in TIBCO Container Edition (BWCE).

• Strong understanding of API integration and Microservices architecture.

• Good working experience with PL/SQL databases, including file/data extraction from DB.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
