Exp - 5 to 7 Years

• Facilitate Core Events: Plan and guide Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Identify, track, and fiercely eliminate technical or organizational blockers.
• Protect Team Focus: Shield developers from mid-sprint scope changes, distractions, and external friction.
• Partner with Product: Support the Product Owner with clean backlog refinement and value prioritization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse workflow metrics like velocity, lead time, and cycle time to optimize delivery.
• Coach Agile Mindsets: Guide the team toward self-organization, psychological safety, and empirical growth.
• Required Experience & Skills
• Proven Delivery: 3+ years of experience acting as a dedicated Scrum Master within software engineering teams.
• Metrics-Driven Mindset: Experience building Jira/Confluence to map throughput and optimize predictable sprint metrics.
• Conflict Resolution: Exceptional communication skills to navigate architectural debates and team alignment.
• Framework Flexibility: Deep knowledge of Scrum alongside a strong understanding of Kanban or SAFe.
