Roles & Responsibilities:

Define comprehensive test strategies and plans for Core Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payment Gateway applications.
Identify test scope, objectives, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for manual and automation testing.
Validate integrations between Core Banking, Mobile Banking apps, and Payment Gateway systems (ISO 8583, SWIFT, UPI, NEFT, RTGS).
· Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders.
· Lead and mentor manual and automation testers across platforms.
· Implement QA metrics for defect leakage, automation coverage, and efficiency.
